In contrast to ‘Desert Return,’ when I am mentally in a good place, the joy covers my worries like snow. I know it will melt away and I will face the desert again, but for now, I sit in peaceful silence.
INYNO is an emerging artist based in Los Angeles who is known for her evocative abstract paintings and insightful photography. She has been painting since the age of 14, using her art as a means to navigate and express the complexities of her mind. Growing up in the midst of the 2003 Iraq war, INYNO faced unique challenges when seeking safety in a chaotic world and creating her voice when survival was crucial. These experiences deeply influenced her artistic vision.
