Once you have received your purchase, you will have seven (7) days to return the item. If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number at Hello@TheArtSpread.org.
Eligible Returns: Artwork, Merchandise
Return Policy:
After The Art Spread approves the return, please send the item in its original condition and packaging.
Artwork: Artwork may be returned directly to the artist.
Merchandise: Merchandise may be returned to The Art Spread at 3843 S Bristol St. #270, Santa Ana, CA 92704.
Items that have been damaged or altered in any way after delivery are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Return shipping label will not be provided by The Art Spread.
If we find that the item was misrepresented, not the correct item, or it was damaged during shipping to the buyer, the buyer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
