However, due to the unique and original nature of the pieces, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. Damage in Transit: If the artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within five (5) consecutive days of receiving the item, along with photographs of the damage and the packaging.
2. Misrepresentation: If the artwork you received significantly differs from the description or images provided at the time of purchase, please contact us for review within five (5) consecutive days of receiving the item.
Important Note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or circumstances unrelated to the item itself.

RETURN POLICY
Notice Period: Return requests must be submitted within five (5) consecutive days of receiving the item. Failure to contact us within this five (5) day period may result in your return being denied.
All return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If The Art Spread approves the return, please send the item in safe and secure packaging. Buyer is responsible for packaging. If we find that the item was misrepresented, not the correct item, or it was damaged during shipping to the buyer, the buyer will not be responsible for shipping cost.
Items that have been damaged or altered in any way after delivery are non-refundable.
Where to return
Artwork: Artwork may be returned directly to the artist. Artist mailing address will be shared to buyer via email.
Merchandise: Merchandise may be returned to The Art Spread at 3843 S Bristol St. #270, Santa Ana, CA 92704.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within three to five days.
