We want to thank everyone for attending our Earth Awareness Event! We had an incredible time talking about Earth Day, artist Vincent Van Gogh and how to improve our well being and Earth. We painted Earth templates and created masterpieces. Check out the pictures below! 

Earth Awareness tips!

Here are tips about how to improve our Earth and how Earth can improve you:

1. Walking outside. Walking outside refreshes and clears our mind.  It sparks creativity and imagination.  It allows for measurable achievements, is a form of exercise, and free! 

2. Water. Water in aqua therapy is a great form of exercise. Water is age friendly. Drinking water refreshes and hydrates us and a creates soothing atmosphere. Listening to waterfalls and streams calms us, which improves health. 

3. Essential oils. Essential oils is a natural sleep aid and is derived from plants that have healing qualities. It creates a calming sense and decreases headaches. 

4. Gardening. Gardening provides an organic food source. Gardening is a soothing and productive activity. It can provide economic growth, self-sustainability and promotes cleaner air. 

5. Plants. Plants in your home and office can improve your mood and the ambience. Plants create better breathing levels and cleans the air. 

While Earth helps us, we can help Earth at the same time by: 

Gardening/planting, cleaning the environment, investing in a travel mug, labeling your plastic water bottles, cups and plates, turning off your computer at night, not using plastic bags and instead, using recyclable material – like our signature totes.
