Mental Health Awareness Event (Updated May 2022)

We want to thank our attendees and special guests for joining the Mental Health Awareness – Art in the Park event. We talked about art therapy and how it is expressive and self-coping. We shared our experiences with mental struggles. Even historical and contemporary art icons experienced mental illnesses, anxiety and depression. Art is an incredibly powerful way to share how you feel without using a single word.
